Could someone please tell me how much fuel flow (cc/min) is required at 5 psi of boost? 7 psi? 9 psi? And how did you figure that out?

Go with your gauges. If you see less that .89V on your air/fuel gauge at WOT in any gear, increase your fuel pressure. If your EGT goes over 900* C in a hard third gear pull, it needs more gas. Seeing the numbers likely isn't going to help you much, not so much as seeing it on your gauges. if your a/f stays low at WOT, more fuel. if your EGTs are too hot, more fuel. If your egt's stay low, you get bad gas milage and you're seeing .99 on your a/f gauge, turn the pressure down.

I want to do some preliminary testing first. I don't want to risk detonating/blowing anything!


That's why I only want to tune fuel pressure vs boost pressure first. I figure it's much safer this way...and once I get this right I can fine tune the settings later on..

Go to the RC engineering web site.. They have a formula you can use!
But for 5-7psi you can use your stock injectors w/ no problems.
anything above 7psi i would recommend 320cc..

This ofcourse is my opinion.. there are plenty of people that are running 9-10psi on stock injectors, and everything is okay!
btw: 420a @ 5psi is about 200hp at the crank.
