hey guys just wondering if anyone is having this problem. Turn the car off and the fuel pressure goes up over 100psi? This is a wierd problem and the pressure doesnt go down when i start it. It only goes down after I get on the gas easy. later thanks mike

The cartech regulator has been known to do that. As far as i know there's no way to make it stop.. HRC uses the cartech regulator on thier kits, so it's a pretty common problem.
Buy the vortech SMFU.. same thing, only no crazy fuel pressure issues.

I took mine apart and put it back together!! Havent had a problem with it since.

A lot of people with HRC Stage 1 & 2 have this problem. Jamesman posted a fix that involved adding some thicker metal plate to replace the one that gets bent and causes this problem. Search the archives for the writeup.
When you took it apart, did you have to epoxy it back closed? Mine looks like its glued together, but I haven't taken it apart yet. Don't want to get stuck waiting for a new FPR if I break mine.
