this is for the people that have the hks bov that comes with the star stage II. Mine sounds like a gobbling turkey! anyone know how to fix it so I can hear the pssssshhhh instead of the stupid bird sound? thanks.

Try removing the intake pipe and attaching the filter directly to the turbo. RAIZIN originally made this suggestion many months ago, but i recently tried it and it made a world of difference.

don't c what it would do.. but i will try... won't the turbo be too hot for the rubber on the filter?

Nah. I've had mine hooked up that way for a while, and nothing's melted yet.. even over a 560 mile round trip to my Dad's..
