i was tired of waiting for NER to come out so i got a custom turbo made using a small 16G turbo.

here is the pix



notice the stealth installation and the turbo lower on the ex header not upwards like other kits. the custom fab heat shield hides the ex header too

There is also the case of the intake elbow being on the wrong side. If you have boost you just bought a 4G63.

where's the shootout, i didnt go last year, but would like to this year. depending on location, probably wont bring my clipse, dont have a vehicle that i can tow with, and dont have a trailer...but i'd love to come check it out and meet whoever shows up.

Brad! NO! You have top take your car. It is in mid July so you have plenty of time. They make the turbo 420A guys run in the turbo class so you get to race GS-T's. It is a fwd turbo class regardless of engine. I like it that way. The shootout is in Ohio and everyone caravans up there from all over the country. We should be passing by close to you so you can meet up with a group when it comes through. Go. Take your car. Whoop some ass. :)

Not trying to be an ass, I was just making fun conversation and yes I would race anyone on this board given they wanna come to Rockingham NC at an event.....I'm not driving to Ohio for a damn race..nor do I expect anyone else to want to drive to NC for a race....don't have the time nor the intuition. It's easy to sit behind a friends car and run da mouth...I don't care if I lose especially to a car with a hell of a lot more cash invested, for Chris's sake I hope he beats me... I wasn't claming to have the fastest car or anything... If I can even come close to haning with someone with a built bottom end I think I would be completely happy considering all my internals are bone stock...and I've spent considerabley less cash then someone with a built bottom end. I'm pretty confident my car will pull some high 12's on pump gas considering that I've ran cars on the street that pull those times and beat them and yes even loss to some... until anyone here can say that on stock bottom end you can lick da ballz. No offense ment to the cool people in the thread....murix, jeff...etc..Just can't stand trash talkers who stand behind someone else's car.
