11577, HRC fmu system ??? Posted by wakebord99, Dec-03-01 02:21 PM
Just rebuild most of my drive train, and i'm ready for more boost. I bought the STAGE II HRC kit, which came with a very interesting fmu (fuel managment unit). According to the mechanic's manual, stock fuel pressure is supposed to be 50 at idle, and with the fmu i have, fuel pressure raises to 150 ish at 9 psi of boost. Is this right? If so, how high have any of you pushed this fmu, as far as PSI before having any problems?

idle is sopose to be 47-55psi 6psi=80-90psi i believe 9psi= 105 turn your idle down if needed to about 55psi then adjust your rise rate DOWN counterclockwise i believe. hey dude, could you take a long at my other pos about MSD also if you could look if you have any other wires hook up besides what goes to to coil etc? also how you have you tach adapter hooked up and what are your setting on the side, isthere anything coming out from the tach output? thanks Michael 99gst hrc stage 2
