i posted in the performance forum already. but would it hurt a turbo to go with a dual exh. setup? also if it's cool to do it what pipe sizes should i go with to keep the spool up time down under high boost say 12-15psi

not if you do a 3" and make it as straight as possible

Dual exhaust is really just for show on an I-4. If you do it right, it won't hurt a turbo car. I'm guessing you want to split the pipe after the cat. A dual 2 1/8" would have the same flow area as a single 3". Buts its alot of trouble just for a cool look. A single 3" mandrel bent would really be plenty.
