unless they changed, which they probably did since my kit was made, they are only 2.5" i would know since i replaced the elbow in mine like twice now.

I merely went with Wyatt's spec. I admit to not having first hand experience but if you follow the link to Wyatt's page, he has it listed as such.

He sells the kit, I just figured he should know.
