i was on a program called alldata at my votech school, and noticed that there was an option for a turbo for my eclipse. were the 420A engines built with forged internals?

The turbo is for the 4G63. The 420A is built strong, but not strong enough to beat the hell out of with 12 psi of boost on a motor with 150,000 miles on it. The pistons are Cast and the Rods are powdered aluminum if I recall correctly. Rebuilt with forged internals they have shown to be nearly bullet proof.

thanks man, i was pretty sure the 420 wouldn't have come with forged internals but i figured why not be sure so i don't make any stupid assumptions and blow up my car
