What psi fuel should I set up for 10 psi on 270cc injectors on a Hahn s16-g? I'm thinking 85-90 but not sure.

Do you have a wideband?

I read up on sfmu setups a lot, and if IIRC, that seems to be about the range...Also, grab a wideband, trust me, especially with that small of an injector and 10psi, you wanna know when your running lean :)

I ran a smfu for a couple years and honestly I think 10 psi is too much for that setup.

Agreed, you need bigger injectors if you want to run that safely! 310cc injectors would do the trick!

Why did you come up with that number? Are you using a 12:1 SFMU? Do you realize what the resulting fuel pressure would be in boost?

Use any number of the injector calculators available on the internet. This is no mystery. Chart your air flow for your turbo at the specific pressure level, calculate the theoretical BHP, and then select your fueling requirements to meet that HP level.

I came up with that because as memory serves its what Hahn advised me to use years ago. Obviously there have been advancements in tuning tech while I've been away. I currently have the old car tech rising rate fmu with the conversion rings for the larger injectors.

let me know if you want to buy some used injectors, we have a few sets sitting around.
