I cant seem to find a turbo manifold that will fit a 3t/t4 turbo with an internal wastegate

Agreed, Zac.
Christian, you are not going to find an off the shelf item easily for that request. Best (and most affordable) method is to get a log style with block-off plate as linked above.

Only manifold I know thats a T3 flange with no wastegate spot is gonna be a Homemade or Hahn.
