well today I decided to check the compression on the engine.
Here are the results from left to right 195-190-195-200 I'm almost at 2000 milese since the rebuild with the 8.8:1 JE's

Should I worry about this mismatch?

Doesnt seem bad to me. 2.5-5% difference in cylinder pressure.

Those nbers actually seem high to me for a 8.8:1 motor. Guess you built it tight! Get some boost on that bitch. !

I gotta agree with Zac. I am running 8.8:1 JE's also and my numbers are ~165 across all four. Those are great numbers out of a low comp build. Good job!

i'm 160 across. 8.8:1 .020 over

Must be cause I had to mill the block a lil because it was not perfectly flat, and the head has been milled twice but just to make sure it's flat nothing crazy. But maybe that's not so bad I guess, this means I should get more power out of the engine so I'm cool.... B)

Actually, I didn't notice the comp on that. Hmm, hopefully you've taken a bit off the head (with those numbers)
