Ive looked and cant seem to find if i need one.. Called HRC, and as usuall, they are un-helpfull(go fill out a form bla bla). and my email to them hasn't been responded to.. thus im asking on here. i currently run 4 an to the freed from the back of the block with a 10 An return. i see that BB turbos need a restrictor, but, ihavent seen much about journal bearing turbos like my s20g.. just trying to verify i need one or dont before i order other parts from summit.. thx
