So i decided to water cool my turbo and i flared and got the fittings on the upper hard line to feed the coolant to the turbo. But i cant get the tube sleeve to slide in the lower hard line. How did you guys get it to slide down to be able to flate the hard line?

I need to slide in the sleeve far enough to be able to flare the tube. But it has something like a bubble flare. I just want to know how did you guys were able to get arounf this.

The stock lower water pipe is beaded to help keep the lower heater hose from slipping off. As far as I know I have not seen anyone attempt to flare the OEM steel pipe. Typically people have a bung welded on to the pipe instead. I do not know how well that steel pipe would accept a flaring tool. 37* JIC I assume?

If i weld fittings on the tubes could i use these http://www.summitracing.com/parts/AER-FBM2872/ and just weld them on so i dont have to use a million fittings?

Yes. Use whatever fitting size works with your hose - obviously if steel fittings are needed for steel pipe, and aluminum for aluminum.

can the lower return pipe for the radiator be removed without taking of the timing belt and all that other stuff?

Yes.

is it a matter or just unbolting it from the bracket holding it to the block and pulling it?

Yes.

I did use tube nuts and sleeves and had no issues with them. Decided to weld a set of fitting on to make the setup cleaner.

You need to be very careful that your welds are not porous becuase they will sweat coolant.

i tried the flare stuff but i did it wrong so i brough it to my welder he is incredible tig welds everything.

Wow, imagine that, a welder that TIG welds.........Dont see that very often......
