Hey guys was wondering if i could get some insight. The problem im having is with my 95 esi talon thats turboed. i have a built bottom end and head. the car is set up on 25psiand one day my car ran hot on my way home from work. I limped it off the exit and trailored it back. the problem im having is that the car shows hardly any vaccume at all now. ive done a boost leak test and cant find any leaks. ive checked timing and its dead on. Now the strange thing is when the car is idiling you can hear the turbo hiss like puffs of air once in a while and i dont know why. but i think it has something to do with the boost gauge not showing hardly any vaccume.any help would be greatly appreciated. also heres my full setup: Built bottom end with je 8:5:1 pistons crower rods and the block has been bored .20 over. biult head with titanium valvesprings and oversized valves with crower cams anf fidanza cam gears. the turbo is a hahn super 20g with 780cc injectors tuned on megasquirt.

Get some throttle body cleaner and with the car running spray it down every vacuum line. If you hit a spot and it reads good vacuum for a second, you've found your leak. If not, check intake and throttle body gaskets.
