My Setup so far:
JE Pistons (low comp)
Eagle Rods
ACL main bearings
ACL rod bearings
Mellings Oil pump
Cometic thicker headgasket

--- Im still assembling parts, i already bought the above items, i have money for:
-EBAY intercooler/Piping
-HKS SSQV BOV (black edition)
-Tial wastegate
-Ebay boost controller
-550cc RC injectors
-Star turbo manifold
-HKS Turbo timer
-Oil return/feed lines
-OBX Fuel rail
-Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
-$300 for some type of garrett turbo (16g (which i would recall is big))


Now after all that, im not gonna have enough money to spend on a MSnS, now from what i understand i shouldn't use the big injectors with no tuning like the MSnS,I want to run like 20psi daily, so the question is can i use the stock injectors with something like a missing link or a FMU to run 4-8psi? Now if this is possible, can i run a 38mm tial wastegate with it, and possibly use that same wastegate when i get the 550cc injectors and the MSnS...

On a stock ECU, you can probably get away with a ~270cc/min injector and stay within its trims. Add an SFMU on top of that and you should be fine for 4-8psi.

The wastegate will be fine regardless. 38mm is plenty of flow.

so from what you are saying, the stock injectors are smaller than 270, which means i have to get two diff sets of injectors?, An FMU won't suffice? Would I have to change springs or something?

Stock injectors at 8psi is pushing it. I wouldn't run more than ~6psi on stockers, more than that and your fuel pressures are just too high.

so safely, i can run 5 pounds of boost with an FMU? and a tial wastegate 38mm...right?

Stock injectors, an SFMU, and a Wally 255 should be fine up to around 4-6psi. Any higher, and you will want to get bigger injectors.

Until you get MSnS, you really wouldn't want to run bigger than 330cc injectors otherwise your idle fuel pressure will have to be very low and you will get terrible spray patterns with the injectors. If you pick up a set of 270's, they should be fine to around 8-10psi and tuning wont be a big deal. I actually have three spare Accel 270's that have only about 25K miles on them. If you're interested, send me a PM.

Don't forget about the safety things like a good wideband and boost gauge. You definately need to consider how you will be monitoring your engine. That's one of the most important mistakes that alot of guys new to boost make (guilty). No way to see if you are running rich or lean= big boom, clank clank.

SInce they're tied to a narrowband sensor, they're only accurate for detecting stoich conditions. it'll say if you're rich or lean.. but how rich? how lean? It can't tell you.

alright so i deff got to get that, but i can get away with the narrowband for low boost right?...

It will work but only to an extent. you will never be able to get the most out of your turbo setup unless you have some way to get the AF ratio as close to perfect throughout the powerband. I don't think the narrowbands can read the info fast enough to really help if you have fast spikes rich or lean that you would see with a wideband.

You really need to get yourself a wideband, and you should do yourself a favor and also pick up a datalogger so you can more accurately tune.

im assuming everything on this link is accurateabout the data logger and the type of data logger...how you need a cable and a software...
