What size fitting would I need if I wanted to tap the compressor housing for vacuum? t3/t4 housing.

any size you want. 1/4" or lower

sure. get a 90 degree one. helps to angle towards the wastegate better.

First, you will not see vacuum at the compressor housing.

you want a 1/8NPT fitting. DO NOT use a 1/4 fitting. There is absolutely not advantage of drilling larger holesin your compressor housing than nec.
Yes a fitting in the Compressor is good for a wastegate.
