107891, HRC instructions Oil Pan Posted by zwickyj, May-20-10 01:53 PM
Does anyone happen to have the HRC instructions for tapping the oil pan. I was reading GSGoinFast's write up and the link is dead. I know it needs to be above oil level, but I just want to get it right the first time.

just put it below the turbo, top/front of the oil pan, in between bolt holes for the oil pan. you'll be fine.

The instructions say:
View oil pan from front. Locate third mounting hole from right. Measure 1" to the left of the center of this mounting hole. Measure 1" down from the top of the mounting flange. Drill a 3/4" hole where your measurements cross.
