Ok so guys I finally got a job again to spend it all on my dsm. So i got a garrett t25 for free so i want to use it for my set up. I will run about 6psi to 8psi. Will i need bigger injectors? Also will I need a external wastegate cuz i believe the t25 has and internal one.

A quick hit at the search button will yield an answer to all of your questions.
That being said. Your questions are really basic. If I were you I would do some research into what you are getting into.
This community is a mountain of knowledge, you just have to search for the answers. Don't expect anybody to spoon feed you the answers.
Good luck

Buy this:
http://www.amazon.com/Turbo-Real-World-High-Performance-Turbocharger-S/dp/1932494294/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1268951104&sr=1-1
It is necessary to understand the fundamentals before you get yourself neck deep. I bought it back in the day and it offers much in the way of theory, design, and application.

i just started Uti so i should be learning soon quick. I debating wheather to sell or keep the garrett t25. I want a oil and water cooled turbo with a t3 housing able to push big boost for when i rebuild the engine. I just dont want to make a set up and need to spend more to change it. any recomendations?

lol push big boost? we talking 40psi? if so you'll be looking for a pretty big turbo to stay efficient that high. Big boost is not a good enough description to let us know your goals. What kind of power range are you looking for?

im planning on a crazy build. I want to push atleast 30-35psi. So i want a good range turbo that will give e minimal lag but handle 30-35psi till i do the rebuild.

What is your definition of minimal lag? You can get a S16G that will provide good spool however at 30-35 psi all you are going to get is ton of hot air to feed the detonation in your motor.
You need to study some turbo compressor maps and find out where and what you need for your goals. A GT3076R will perform efficiently at 30psi however you will not see full boost until ~3500 (and that is with 2.4L of displacement).

If those are your goals, then sell the T25 immediately and buy that book. Buy half a soda with the money left over. You might paw through available turbos and information at www.atpturbo.com. See what turbos they are using to push 30 psi type boost on other 2 liter engines (EVO, etc). They should have some dyno charts posted to show what a realistic power goal is. That is the quickest way to get a feel for what is needed.

1. Search. Do some research on the Internet. All the information is out there.
2. Use a spell checker and capitalize the appropriate letters.
