title says it all. i did rather well.
tempurature: 92 degrees
humidity: 22

6.85 psi

11.5 psi

19 psi

i was running pretty lean, that's been fixed though. I have no idea what that dip is in the last dyno.

congrats on hitting the 300whp mark even if the graph does do some crazy going backwards action right before hitting it :D

The huge dip after 4500RPM is likely you leaning out at peak torque. Where is the AF graph?

i don't think the shop has the AFR graph anymore. i'll see. it did run pretty lean on upper RPM's but that's been fixed now. at 19-20 psi, afr's are around 11.5-11, sometimes dips to 10.5

i do have a question. is 400 whp possible? not daily of course, maybe daily, i'd like 350 wheel. anyway, with a tune, the correct retarding of ignition timing, is 350 safe daily? is 400 wheel possible once? just a dream i'd like to accomplish.

Yes, and has been done by a few.

I think you have a bit of a breathing problem. I read your list through and can't find cams, throttle body or port work (except for the sort of). Is any of that done? Also, what are you running for a exhaust mani? Is it a log?

Congrats on hitting 300whp.

20 psi 11.5 is not lean. thats about where you want to be if not rich. The Dip could be a rich spot. Without the AFR gauge we cant tell for sure.

Congrats, not a bad starting point.

Oh 400 is possible, I will get there soon.

Mikey, IF Chris put the afr sniffer in the exhuast he should still have a log of it on the computer unless he deleted it. I think to make 400whp you will need some more top end work, but thats just my opinion, unless you jack the boost up more. Props on hitting 300 and just doing the swap and all. I'm going to pick that crank up from you SOON man, thanks for being patient.

At 19psi what does your timing look like? How much were you retarding it in the 4k-7k range?

Congrats man.

as i said in my second post. i didn't retard ignition timing at all. 93 octane. My head is stock bullet. stock TB as well. the only thing i have yet to install is my 60 mm jeep TB. stock everything else except for the crane springs. having said that, that's what i'll be working with. thanks everybody. i feel as if 300 whp isn't much. lol i want more

300 is a good starting point and as you mention is a number that does leave you wanting more. Your set up will get you over 350whp, but in doing so you really should add the TB and even consider making a change to your downpipe. The somewhat abrupt bend after the flange and merge point location for the wastegate where it meets the DP can lead to a turbulent reaction- which is limiting. You may want to try adding a little more length to the plumbing off the wastegate and merging into the DP a little further down stream. Also bumping up the diameter will help in this case.
Kudos on the job well done and good luck attaining your goals!

Nice job.

+1 on proving the ching chong meow turbos can last a good while and produce decent numbers.

+1 for being an SC local.

just to let you know car guy, my car has now fried pistons rings, and a blown HG. This happens when combustion temps reach above thresholds and causees things to go wrong. I DID NOT have any ignition timing adjustments done, and this I DO NOT want you to experience. Don't go above 15 psi until you invest into an ignition retarding module and getting it tuned. I'll be rebuilding, but i know you don't want to.

Yea im just going to hang out around the 10psi range until the pnp MS comes out, Then well... You get the idea... ;-)

I ran 21 psi for 2 years on stock ignition......the damage is due to your tuning not your lack of ignition retard. Than again I know how to tune my shit.

nice job Spliner

initial pre-ignition is caused from ignition/fuel/carbon reasons. Terry, my shit was tuned to 11's AFR at full boost and was a new motor, so that rules out those two. it ran RICH if anything else. By the way, its SPILNER, BRIAN SPILNERRRR lol. going msns route. $ holding me back. car sits until then. i'm lucky the spark plugs didn't fuse to the head
