- A/F Gauge, Boost Gauge, EGT gauge, and Triple Full Pillar Pod ($400)
- 4G63 8mm Exhaust manifold studs, nuts, and washers ($15)
- Vortech Super Fuel Management Unit with Hard Spring
(Part #7X100-050) ($307)
- NGK Spark Plugs BKR7E-11 (www.ngksparkplugs.com) ($16 - I bought 8)
(one range colder than stock - stock is BKR6E-11)
- Missing Link 003 Fuel Cut Defender (www.group5motorsport.com) ($45)
- Fire Hose (to protect the A/C hoses) ($40)
- Walbro Intank (to get rid of the noise) ($100)

you dont need to buy the missing link because hahn sends their own. you don't need upgraded manifold studs, the ones they send are just fine, you could use the vortech, however, its not needed until you start getting bigger injectors and running more than 10psi of boost, you dont need to protect the a/c hoses, they wont get hot enough, if you want to get an intake pump, go for it, but having the noise is kinda nice i think.. people think you really have something going on. the noise isn't all that bad either.

yeah right, I have to retorq those things twice a week. Get 4g63 exhuast mani 8mm studs and bolts. Trust me

The hahn FPR sucks. Wont keep the same fuel pressure at all. Everytime you start the car its a different story

yeap. good list. if you like adjusting fuel pressure every time you start the car, by all means keep the vortech.

I dont have many problems with my hahn fuel pressure regulator. The only time I do have problems is when i do 4 or more constant runs at the track. Which I don't do because I let the car cool down.

The hahn fuel cut defensor works just fine. Too many people use them for there to be a problem.

I never have to torque down my exhaust manifold bolts. Maybe your car shakes too much. ;)

Many people have also had problems outof the hahn FCD. and the Hahn FPR 99.999999% of the time COMPLETELY sucks. and you will need to get the missing link if you ever plan on running lots of boost, to keep your stock MAP from being destroyed.

Wrong, Hahn's Fuel Cut Defenser SUCKS. It doesn't prevent the voltage changes reiably. You NEED the missing link in order to have a dependable system.

I disagree, many people have had problems with the studs and nuts that HRC sends - make it easy on yourself and get the 4G63 Exhaust manifold studs and nuts - you'll thank me later.

I disgaree, the Cartech FMU HRC sends with the kit is also un-reliable. You will not have rock solid fuel pressures like the Voretech SFMU provides. Get the Vortech SFMU, hands down. Fuel is of the utmost importance, not upgrading to a vortech could mean the end of your stock pistons. Imagine running the car WOT and being extremely lean because you thought your fuel pressure was in check. The Vortech SFMU will never let you down.

The noise does sound kinda high-tech, but in most instances people dislike it -- you can take care of that later.

p.s. I didn't mean to go against you, just stating my beliefs. My car is living proof-- Every engine is different, but I have good results with what I mentioned above, as I am turning over 10,000 turbo miles without any problems.

no problem. i haven't had any problems with my fuel cut defensor or manifold bolts.. so.. i dunno
