the guy that sell me the turbo, said that the shaft play was normal why the turbo is recent rebuilted... i think "ok"
4 months later.. i installed my turbo kit on my GS 95... here is the vid of the day of the installation :(
you can see in the vid lot of smoke due that, in the outlet, was leaking oil :| yes, in the outlet the oil drops!!! also in the turbine side.. oil was leaking :(
i unistalled the turbo kit... and i open the turbo.. check the pics and the vid:

this fkn turbo cost me 250 dlls :( what do i do? buy a rebuild kit? buy other turbo?

Put the bearings on the shaft and see if the play is the bearing to shaft fitment. if the bearings feel pretty snug on the shaft, put the bearing into the center section and try to move the bearing side to side in the center section.
If a turbo is not rebuilt in time, the bearigns were on the center section itself. All the rebuilding in the world wont help since you need to replace the center section to correct the issue.
