well I mounted my o2 sensor about 16 inches away from exhaust ports and 6 inches away from the turbo on my down pipe but now im considering puting a m18x1.5 bolt and plug the o2 bung i welded on,buy a new bung and locate it lower down the pipe"lets say like 20 inches from the turbo or so"Im starting to get concerned that its just gonna get too hot that close too the turbo.so whacha think ,relocate or leave it be?

Stock 4G63 O2's are right in the downpipe flange housing, you're fine.

Actually you heard wrong. All the manufacturer data i have seen says it should be around 12-14" from the exhaust port

Mine is around 13" straight shot from the Turbo Exhaust gasket on the downpipe. 2 years strong, no problems...

EDIT: Your sig is huge. Expect a bill from my chiropractor for my carpel tunnel syndrome from having to scroll past it. k. thanks.
