103854, What injectors for 7 psi (garrett t3) stock internals setup? Posted by rettez, Jun-26-08 08:50 AM
Hi guys!
i have a question about injectors on a setup of 7 psi of my garrett t3 and stock internals, in case of don't use the fmu and stock injectors
what injectors? 325cc? 500cc ? what fuel pressure regulator? (my car have in the fuel rail (95 GS)) S-AFC II or ???
Thank you guys, greetings!

if you dont want to use the 12:1 fmu then your looking at a SFMU with appx 300cc/min injectors. just go around 300 and you should be fine.

NO SAFC.
USELESS ON YOUR CAR.
When you add fuel, you add timing. Adding timing on a boosted car, especially on a stock bottom end is a dangerous game.
The only way to retard with that setup is by using a cd programmable ignition and messing with your cam gears to fine tune everything.
Paying $200ish used for both units could have scored you a megasquirt (a build kit, not a BUILT kit) and a good 1:1 fpr.

No, with the SAFC when you subtract fuel you add timing....get your info right before you post......

Sorry terry.
I've always been told (by people outside of 2gnt as well) that it adds timing.
I even think MB told me that once so i decided against the safc.
Just going by what i was told.
