Ok guys Ive done some searching and found some answers but I still have a question. From what I have found, I can run 440cc injectors and the 272 disc combo I belive it was and 18psi of boost max before I start running into timing problems. So aside from the timing issue above 18psi, why cant I run like 550s or 650s etc to run more boost if I could control the timing. Why does everyone say you cant go bigger with the sfmu. I also have a sfac to help with the tunning. So any help would be great guys and if your gonna say search and read or not give any possitive help please dont bother posting crap that wont help. Do the math. Gotta wonder why with 440's you have to drop the fuel pressure so low even with a SAFC.

Actually I didnt even think of that and its a good point and makes perfect sense. Sometimes the simplist things just dont occur to me while something complicated is easy as hell. Thanks man, that was a simply yet effective answer with no bs attached, the way it should be

What DJ said is the reason 450's can be difficult to idle. In addition to that, keep posting warnings about people posting crap and I start deleting threads and you will get no help. Yeah I know, I can take the beatin it just makes me mad sometimes when all ya get is critasim and no help and honestly I read the other sfmu question from the other day and should of thought alittle harder about this post. Aside from that, is the reason you can run larger than the 440's with MS because you can control the duty cycle and what not? And last of all what is the exspected HP I will end up with running 18 psi on 440's,255 pimp stock head,forged internals, 60 trim,msd coil and wires, and a sfac. I,m just curious. I plan on running this set up for awhile till i can aford to go ms or port fueler.
