10342, Need rods and pistons fast!!!
Posted by wakebord99, Oct-03-01 01:00 PM
I ran into a problem with my shop (really shouldn't say what i think of them right now). Long story short, they FKD me good. They have had my engine for over 2 weeks now, and they still havn't ordered the rods. Which i JUST found out. So, to say the least.. i want my car back ASAP.

I'm looking for the fastest way to get Crower rods, and JE pistons. I was told that crower is better than eagle, which u guys are more than welcome to argue. At this point, price is of little concern, I just want it last week.

97' Eclipse RS (kinda)
HRC stage III turbo kit (12-18 psi)
HKS 2 1/2" cat back exhaust
16" wheels w/yokohomo tires (215/45)
powerstop brakes w/axis pads
Ebachi Pro lowering kit (1.8")

Yeah, i TOOK vettes, i love these DSM's

Well, you posted saying you wanted a 500hp monster, so you better get the crowler's and spend the extra $$ if you want your monster to live longer before another rebuild....

Hahn can get them, dont know how quick... And they're plenty of other places, anyone??

I believe HRC has them in stock. Give them a ring, and have them overnight them to you.
