For $263 you're getting a remanufactured ECU. There's nothing wrong with that, and I doubt they even sell brand new ones, but you should be aware that it's remanufactured. Also, there's a high possibility that since it was probably recently remanufactured (as in, within the past eleven years), it was flashed with a firmware version that does trigger fuel cut if the MAP sees too much pressure: I've seen it happen before.
