It cant be the problem, he swapped one out with a new one again and it still doesnt change. I think I would rule out the FCD now.

I am thinking he is having an ECU issue, MAP issue or the OE wiring is fucked up or something.

I dont understand how he is getting 6 volts or whatever on the 5v ref wire...that doesnt make any sense.
