Anyone know the consequences (or if it'll work) to install a walbro fuel pump for a 90-94 turbo to a 99 non-turbo?

It possibly won't fit in there properly and you might have to make a bracket.

Fitment issues are all you will have to be concerned about. If you can get it cheap enough it may be worth trying to make fit. You should only have to alter the bracket at most. Then again the pump may be to long.
