i have a eclipse rs i want to turbo it but its a non turbo car hann racecraft has a kit for it but i can't afford $3500 i want to build the kit myself and learn more bout turbos in the process. so if any one knows were to get parts or has advice plz let me no. thanks

first off, go out and buy Corky Bells Maximum Boost read it through and you will learn all the theory you will ever need.

i will start buy saying ther is no real "to hit 400hp buy this" type list.
every one of us have folowed the turbo charging theory and then made it our own.

Hahn / Star kits
hybrid manufactures kits
exotic manifolds
exotic turbos
budget piecemeal kits

most all kits follow the same basic structure and the same "Type" of parts.
so read up with the help of the search button.

then
make a HP goal
Make a budget
find parts that work for and within those two
crank it up and drive like you mean it

For a cheaper kit that is using high end(ish) parts, it'll take you more time but you'll have a much better kit then buying a BANME! ebay kit. Most kits dont include your fuel system, which you need to run ANY kind of boost safely.
