Well here's an idea don't know if it would work. Here I was looking at the haynes manual for eclipse and I saw a diagram for the fuel tank and theres is a part called "fuel cut-off valve". Does this have anything to do with the map sensor when it cuts the fuel? Or is it the ecu that sends a signal to the pump? Just curious, cause if it is this valve that cuts the fuel, wont modding it solve the problem?

No, if i'm not mistaken, that valve shuts off fuel flow in the even of an accident. the ECU send a signal to the injectors to shut off fuel flow when you hit boost.

Yeah, it would be a mechanical check valve in case of an overturned vehicle.

It is still highly recommended to wire up a Ford fuel cut inertia switch when building a custom fuel setup, to insure the pump electronically cuts off in the event of any collision.

Yeah, those are great if you're too fucked to reach over and hit that kill switch you may have wired up......
