Just wondering what else to do to increase the spool time? I know 3" dp and exhaust, what else? Im going to be running a .60 (cold side)

Open downpipe, some more aggressive cams. And don't you mean "decrease" spool times?

Stock cams, 3" exhaust, this turbo "spools up" instantly.
Insta-boost.
Good for 310hp, spray for more when you're drag racing.

You size the turbo properly to the engine, and you don't have lag.
