k, my engine runs fine, when the PF module isnt hooked up. as soon as i give the module 12v, the engine dies..Hahn tells me "its a vac issue" well, at idle i get -20hg, and the map dosent add fuel till 3 psi (stock PF setting) and the pf IS hooked to a vac sourse, so thats not it.. ive tested the ground, and it works with just the tach adapter running, the only thin that kills it is giving the PF module 12 v,. has ne 1 had this prob b4?

Off Topic but.... We're not huge grammar nazis here or anything but please type like an adult and not like you're texting somebody. It makes posts easier to read and understand. You may have a bad PF module. Does the engine flood out when the module is powered? Does it just not start, or does it start and die? if the engine is running and you connect power to the module, what happens?

it seems to flood out.
i can start the engine, and it runs fine with NO PF module hooked up. as soon as i give the module +12V, the engine dies immediatly, if i just barely give 12v for a mili sec, then the engine dies for that mili sec and then comes back to life. If i kill the engine i have to unplug the moduel and wait some time before i can start it again, which leads me to think, it floods out. if i let it sit over night, and try to start it with the Module plugged in, it cranks and spits then after a few spits, it just cranks and never fires.

yeah, sounds like its flooding. Check the map in it, and verify that the built-in MAP sensor is reading what it should for the given operating conditions, e.g. ~100kPa with the car off, ~20-50kPa at idle, etc.

ok, to test the pf, i should un plug the PF injectors, turn car on, and see what readings the module is giving real time, if they are off then the module is crap. then i can check Voltages on the injector harness to see if @ idle the injectors are firing, which would point to a module goof up too right? and if they are not firing, i should plug them in 1 at a time to kind of "see if theres a bad injector"? sound like a good plan of action?

Go for it.

ok, un plugged 2ndary injectors, hooked up PF module to 12v, and i tested if the injectors are getting voltage. all of them get voltage! A map tunrs injectors on @ 4.5 psi, while B map turns them on at -4.5 psi!? the offset is obviosly wrong, but wtf happend? and when i turned the car on the "real time" from the module was alll over, started with RPM of 10,ooo!! and my injectors were on 435%! is this stuff i can fix in the Soft ware? or is the module hosed?

Ever find out the problem because mine is doing the EXACT thing when plugging it into a 12v source. Without it plugged, the car runs and starts fine with -20 vac, but wont start with it plugged in. Mine sparks whe trying to wire it into a 12v source with the car running. I am gonna buy a new module, but want to first see if the problem here was fixed.

yea, its the module, what i did was called hahn, and was very polite, and you can buy a new 1, and ask them to waive the return fee, and jus tell them ur module is actin up, the tech will give u some trouble shooting things to do, just like what i did in the post. then once they say " its ur module send it back" ull have to buy a new 1, but ull get ur money back when u send the crap one in. im waiting for mine to get there. lol, but yea, its most likely the module. my read 10000rpm @ idle! lol
