It says the HRC IC pipe kit requires the GREddy Type S BOV but I wanted to get the Type RS. Does the RS mount different then the S? thanks...

No it doesn't, the flanges are the same between the RS and S.
Doesn't the BOV connect to the HRC Piping with a hose and clamps?

I have no idea as I have neither the IC piping nor the BOV at this point...

Hahn welded a flange onto my FMIC piping for the RS. Just two bolts I think.
