hey guys I am in the process of boosting my bimmer and I am using a 14b turbo, and have a ?

what size AN fittings will I need for the water in/out

iirc the water fittings on the 14b's are banjos.
if you can find the thread and pitch, id get a -6AN -> (what ever thread you have) adapter and call it good. more then likly its a straight thread and will require a copper cruch washer.
check RRE and ATP turbo maybe they have somthing already.

or get new banjo lines and have the end flared to 37* to accept a -AN tube nut and then you just have to use a male-male fitting from your water line to the banjo lines

On my 14b, the oil inlet/outlets are threaded with fine pitch metric thread. You will need to check whether the water are fine pitch or not. The oil holes are M12 and the water holes are M14. You can use these adapters to convert your metric thread to -AN fittings: part no: 9919DFH on www.anplumbing.com
