find a Hahn or even a star one someone would borrow out for a couple of days so I could jig it up and I could make a stainless one for $75. Log style mani's are cheap to build... 2 weld els... 15" of pipe...and 18" of 3/8" x 3.5" flat bar...throw in a drill press and a couple of beers, and you have your self a weekend project... :cheers

I make the flanges my self from scratch, sometimes lazer cut, sometimes water, sometimes when I feel like it I throw a piece of flat bar in the CNC mill. The latter of wich is the cheapest if you own your own, wich I do.
rough cut then face...

face with fly cutter first then waterjet...

I know there's money to be made in this sort of buisiness but That's what all the civic's runnin around locally are for...easy money in loud ass folgers cans. LOL! I would do it for basically the cost of materials cuz He's a fellow 2GNT'er
