what kind of fittings come on the hahn fuel rail and do I need to buy their "hose and fitting kit"?

Don't know about the hahn rail but most of the time its just the rail. Your probably going to have to buy what ever size inlet and outlet fittings it requires.
Have terry make you a rail. Its guaranteed to fit properly and probably at a cheaper price. He's doing one for me now.

the fuel rails that terry make are bad ass. i bought one from him not too long ago and it fits perfectly and is a very nice unit. well worth the money spent and it drops right into place with no fiddling or modifying. the only downfall that some might come across is the lack of a fuel pressure test port for future diagnosis of a failed fuel pump. but this is VERY easily overcome with a few parts from jegs.

how much does he sell them for and could I use it on the portfueler?

I think $120 or $130 shipped. I had to pay $10 more since i'm in canada. I don't see why you couldn't use it with the portfueler.
