100955, She's alive!

Just wanted to let everyone know, today was a good day besides of the fact my radiator fans dont turn on.

The RS-T fired up today and idled decently with the Megasquirt, fuel only.

I still have to set some settings on the MS to get it to idle better, try to figure out how to raise the FP to about 40psi, right now its at 20psi, and look for why sometimes my vac is at ~6 and sometimes ~11. It should be around ~11 since I have Crower 2's, so I am sure I have a VAC leak somewhere.

But anyway, glitches will be worked out this weekend hopefully, and I am hoping, within a month to get it tuned onto the road and hit the DYNO finally.

Anyway, cheers, she idles!

Congrats. I know it must have felt real nice to hear the car fire up after a long downtime. When are we going to get pics of the whole car in it's current status?

Your static pressure should be 43 psi. The idle pressure will be proportionate to your vac at idle. Fuel mixture is going to alter your vac at idle as well. The richer you are the lower the idle vacuum will be

Yeah. I will check the static pressure this weekend.

I will try and get some pics up this weekend too with maybe a video clip of how it sounds as well.
