Can anyone tell me what thread pitch the jam nut that goes over the egt gauge probe is? Looks like a 1/4 NPT but I am not sure. Can someone verify for me please?

yep the jamb nut is 1/4 npt on a standard K-type probe
if your talking about the hole for the manifold or weld bung thats 1/8 npt
