100576, NO boost

The turbo kit is on and Everything is working and running but i have no boost. I have a 7 pound spring in the wastegete and have it running off the back of the manifold so that it open at 7 pounds. Is this wrong.? Its a turbonetics deltagate2. My other thought is that it could my the missing link isnt working but i had it on my car for a month and it worked without any problems. Any thoughts?

i have a friend with a first gen gsx and he can hit 10 psi while parked in my driveway. wtf? i can't get any. is he a freak?
