That setup works great I used it exactly. Although if you are planning on running larger injectors with the sfmu in the future I would recommend switching the return line to -6an instead of using the -4an suggested in the diagram

+1, makes it easier to use lower fuel pressures.

what about 6 an for the feed line?

use 6an all around or 3/8 rubber

If you choose to use 6AN feed/return line, I highly suggest using miniature t-bolt clamps because the 6AN line is a bit too big for the spouts on the fuel rail (95 models) and at the fuel pump. Regular hose clamps are really weak and generally strip out befre they are tight enough.

I purchased these from NAPA for about $.50 a piece and they were perfect! I was able to really sock down the clamps. The I.D. on the clamps were 9/16" and I just had to open them up a small amount to get them over the braided hose. The guys at the parts stores can be morons sometimes so it may be a good idea to print a picture and bring it with you.

When you run your fuel lines back, does the lines themselves have to be the reinforced fuel lines like you need for an FMU setup? Or can you opt for the regular fuel lines (AKA cheaper stuff)?

I'm going to use all the proper fittings(6an) and braided line to feed and return the fuel...if you get the fettings that clamp on the line itself you shouldnt need the t-bolt clamps.would you?

"REAL" fuel injection hose (which you should be using instead of the NON fuel injection hose which will eventually burst on you)is about $4-5 a foot (most stores carry Goodyear hose)and thats about the same, if not more, than the stainless steel braided hose. 15 feet of JEGS hose is about $54 and enough to do your feed and return line.

The clamp on fittings for the AN lines are merely a hose clamp with a "look alike" cover to hide the ugly looking hose clamp. Get the T-bolt clamps if you want to sleep better at night.

Yeah, the fuel injection hose is about 6 bucks a foot here at my local autoparts stores and that's what it was about in TX. Don't worry, that's the kind I'm using. Just curious, thanks.
