i have a t25 turbo with a turbo xs duel stage boost controller car will boost perfectly up to 10 psi but i can ajust it over that could it be the wrong controller or something wrong with the internal wastegate?

I would think it's hooked up wrong. Go over everything again and make sure it's correct. You here of people hooking boost controllers up wrong and then not being able to raise the boost with them
