their customer service is pretty good. i was a little turned off by their company at first when i ordered an EGR block-off kit that DID NOT BOLT UP. but after one email, they refunded my money in full AND sent me a replacement plate at no charge. they then posted in a thread i had started to document how they handled the issue. they explained why the problem had occured and that the person who was causing it was "no longer with them" for the exact reason.

so while i was disappointed with the quality of the first part i had received, i was more than satisifed with how well they handled the situation. because of that i'd be more than willing to buy from them again.
