I really do advise against it.

lol that's funny :). I never said I was going to run 24 psi and spray with my s16g you know. I'd rather keep the boost in the turbo's efficiency range while spraying (initially anyway). However, just because you are operating out of a turbo's efficiency range doesn't mean you're making a poor choice. It means you are just getting the most you can out of your turbo whether you do it with or without nitrous. You could run a T-25 at 17 psi (out of its efficiency range) with nitrous and it wouldn't necessarily be a poor choice (as long as it didn't boost creep). It would just be a car using all the air that turbo has to offer and spraying on top of it. As long as you aren't pinging or running too lean, it doesn't matter at all.

I'm also aware that you know your shit Matt. And yes, I think you're better off with both nitrous AND a bigger turbo. I know your engine can handle it, and I know you have the knowledge to tune it. Don't be stupid and spray a bunch of nitrous through your already maxed out turbo/engine setup though. You may not blow anything up but it really isn't the right way to do it.

The thing is... it really isn't the wrong way to do it... I can run 24 psi and spray, and you're right it probably wont hold 28 psi and it will be out of it's efficiency range, but who cares. As long as it's tuned well, I'll make 450 hp on it just fine...
