I've checked it out for a motor build up and with everything...new pistons, rods, rings, engine machining and assembly and Stage IV fuel system components = around $5000-6000. That's including exchange duty and taxes. I called Leitner Bush in Thornhill for machining prices, pretty much around $1000-1500.
