You have a 99 so your FPR is on top of your fuel filter. This means you do not have a return line that runs to the front of the car so you must mount the FMU in the back. Take the hose that runs from the stock FPR and split it, run the line from your FPR to the bottom port of the FMU and run the side port of the FMU to the tank return. Then just run a vac line to the motor.
