So has anyone passed with a built engine and made as stock as possible? Haha I'm still trying to smog my car after this many years :P

I tried it with hicomp pistons before and it wouldn't pass I got locomp now so I'm wondering it will pass. Anyone pass with 1mm oversize valves?
