Any aftermarket modification that they can see that doesn't have a CARB expent sticker with it will fail you. period.

Do not even think of trying to pass with a turbo kit, visible modifications to the manifold, additional injectors, visible non-stock wiring, or any aftermarket exhaust modifications. You will fail.
