hey, whats up dudes!

remember i took my car to get some estimates? and everytime i took them they told me $ 1100-1200 range. they said they would do paint the whole car and install the new spoiler and everything, and that was the price!, well i couldnt help to continue searching because you guys said that was a really cheap price...

well i continued searching, and got another estimate from my aunts friend, he will paint the whole car, install the new spoiler, fill the old holes, fix the dents, and paint the centerpiece for you guys know how much! $$ 3050.00 !!!!!! thats a lot of money, a lot!

but the good part is that i see that he actually do the job well,
he told me he was going to take everything off, bumbers and side skirts and paint them separately, and the he would weld the wholes with a piece of aluminum and then sand it out, as well for the whole car.

the other people just told me they would paint the car with everything on it, bumper, everythign! b


SO NOW I FEEL A LOT MORE RELIEVED since you guys said that for painting your cars it was around 2250-4000, so i think i will do it there!!!

That isnt that bad. All body shops will spray the whole car with the bumpers and shit on usually. Only way they wont is if they are a REALLY good shop. $3 grand isnt that bad, but I would never spend that much, I guess thats why I taught myself into doing my own shit.

that sounds about right, definitely a good thing that they will take stuff off instead of just masking it maaco style.

1/2 that money is going to be spent figuring out how to weld aluminum to steel!
