I just finished washing my car and I was looking at spoiler and its starting to fade is there anything I can do or put on my spoiler to get rid of the fading I have now and to prevent further fading.

You can try wetsanding it with some 1200 grit and buffing it out.

I don't have a buffer, would buffing by hand be ok?
