do they have short shifters that are really short in height for 2g's? and also is it better to paint your tailights with translucent paint or get covers or vinyl or what but im going for a completely clacked out look

paint them with the niteshades paint. clearcoat the hell outta them afterwards.
for a really short height shifter you'd have to do the cut and weld trick, really brings the height down, some info here

Same here but I have an atx though :)
For your Taillights you could paint your CENTER piece to match the color of your car or spray it Red with clearcoat. Thats what some here do and I also did that but before I joined 2gnt.com
